IGNITE IS GETTING A SEQUEL!
Remember that YA fantasy book called Ignite that I’ve talked about? With Mara – a young Phoenix girl born with the power of a dying sun?
It came out in August of last year, written by one of my amazing teachers from the Young Writer’s Workshop, Kara Swanson. It’s been so fun to be on her street team and learn the ins and outs of how that works.
Now, there is finally more news about the sequel! (If you haven’t read Ignite already, you can check it out here! It’s currently on sale, too.)
And… today is the title reveal day!
*drum roll*
The sequel to Ignite is titled —

We don’t have an official book blurb yet and most of the details are under wraps for now, but here’s what we can say:

In this fiery sequel to the explosive fantasy novel, Ignite, we follow young phoenix Mara, born with the power of a dying sun blazing in her veins, as she tries desperately to survive a world collapsing around her — and determine who to trust as the people she loves start to fear that maybe the end of the world isn’t coming…
Maybe it’s already here.
You’ve watched Mara’s spark IGNITE…but will anyone survive her INFERNO, including Mara herself?
More details are coming, but this sequel is set to release Summer 2026 – with many updates this year.
