Guys… Kara Swanson, author of Dust and Shadow, is coming out with a new book. And I get to be a part of her street team!!!!!!!

As a member of the Young Writers Workshop, I’ve had the priviledge to get to learn from Kara through her courses and videos. Her newest novel will be coming out this August and a sequel is in the works! Dust and Shadow had incredible receptions and personally I greatly like Kara’s writing. I came very close to crying over Nibs’s death in Shadow — which for me is massive.
Ignite’s main character is Mara, the daughter of a fallen angel. More will be revealed later, but here is a small blurb Kara has disclosed.

One of the best parts of this new blog is that I get to connect with other authors and street team for upcoming books (which means this nerd gets details sooner.)
